Information we collect
- Details you give us in the quotation form or by email, telephone or WhatsApp: your name, company or property name, email address, telephone number, location, service required, preferred assessment date, description of work and any photographs you upload.
- Technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the website that referred you, collected through cookies and similar technologies where analytics or marketing tools are enabled.
- Marketing source information such as UTM parameters, so that we understand which campaigns lead to enquiries.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange site assessments and prepare quotations.
- To manage the client relationship, including follow-up on quotations and service delivery.
- To keep records of enquiries and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Our lawful basis
We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent given when you submit the quotation form, and because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We process website usage information on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website, and your consent where cookies require it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, who may only use it on our instructions. These include our website hosting provider, our email provider, and HubSpot, the customer relationship management service we use to record enquiries and follow-up. Analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, may process usage information when enabled. Some of these providers store data outside South Africa; where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the information remains protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, manage any resulting client relationship and meet legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including restricting access to enquiry data and using secure connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
