Renovation leaves fine dust that settles on every surface, including areas well away from the work. Post-renovation cleaning removes it so that the finished space can be used and enjoyed.
We confirm the extent of the renovation and the surfaces involved, then agree a scope and time that suits you.
Scope of work
The exact scope is agreed after a site assessment. A typical post-renovation cleaning scope includes:
- Removal of fine dust from surfaces, fittings and ledges
- Vacuuming and mopping of floors

Post-Renovation Cleaning FAQs
What is the difference from post-construction cleaning?
Post-construction cleaning follows new building work. Post-renovation cleaning follows upgrades to an existing space. The scope differs, so we quote each separately.
Will you clean inside cupboards?
Yes, where the cupboards are empty or accessible. Please tell us what is included when you request a quotation.
Can you clean while we live in the home?
Yes. We plan around your presence and agree access and timing in advance.
